Christopher J. Kaclik has been building premier custom homes for decades. He began what has been a very successful business in 1985, and incorporated in 1987.
His mission was simple…”Give the clients what they want.” Chris believes in a personalized approach, and makes sure that he is accessible to his clients not
only throughout the building project, but also after. He knows that, as in life, building your dream home is not only about the destination, it’s about the journey.
Chris’ experience dates back to his teenage years. His father, John G. Kaclik, a well-established commercial architect, allowed Chris to involve himself in the
planning and building stages of numerous projects. He quickly showed a talent, and passion for taking building plans and bringing them to life.
Chris is proud of the fact that he has managed to keep a “hands on” approach to the business. He enjoys being involved in all stages of the process.
He has been able to do this because he and his wife Nancy have surrounded themselves with people who take pride in the success of the company as they do.
Nancy manages the administrative side of the business, which allows Chris the freedom to consult with the customer, and concentrate on the field operations.
None of these contributions would matter however, without a true commitment to excellence. Kaclik Builders, LLC has risen to be one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s
premier custom home builders. That is why he focuses on every detail. To say that Chris uses top quality materials, and employs the finest craftsmen,
would be an understatement. His homes have been featured in such developments as Treesdale, Nevillewood, Barberry Highland in Sewickley Heights and Forest Knoll in
Cranberry Township.
Chris is currently building in all phases of Treesdale, Fieldstone, Timbercreek Farms, Fieldlake Estates, Preserve West, and Forest Knoll. He has also built in and
is the developer of Blackstone Ridge, Kaclik Farms, and Blackberry Farms. One of his career achievements has been the premier development of Arabian Fields, in which
he has developed and exclusively built some of the most prestigious homes in the North Hills area. In Heritage Creek, a community consisting of 85 single family homes
and 111 townehome units, Chris is a featured builder and also the developer.

John Tierney
As Chris was building his reputation in the premier custom market, John took his engineering degree in 1984 and focused his construction experience in the commercial,
industrial and government construction market. The demanding attention to deadlines and details in the plan and specification construction world are well suited for
the requirements of taking a parcel of ground and evolving it into a planned, resort, developed community.
One of the many positive common traits that Chris and John share is the simple mission
"Give the client what they want”
John’s family experience in construction development goes back three generations to his grand father, who was a successful developer of apartment buildings in the
difficult depression years. The flag ship property “The Seville” is still part of the family portfolio today.
John’s managed a successful commercial construction business for over 20 years till he felt the time was right to merge it with a national corporation.
This allowed him to focus on development of resort properties in the Donegal / Seven Springs area. Showcased with his signature log home on Firetower road.
With the successful projects and long term plans of future development, John is emerging as a prominent developer / builder in the resort market of the laurel highlands. He is focused on doing things right the first time a trait that has served him well over the years in all areas of construction. Some members of his team have been partnering in construction with John for over 20 years.
Another common trait shared between John and Chris is the approach of partnering with people who take as much pride in the success of their company as they do.
An example of that is Dave McMaster an important part of the team. Dave has been practicing real estate law in Pennsylvania since the late 80s. Dave understands
that most clients are focused on the enjoyment of purchasing the “family dream”. He takes pride in handling the legal aspects from title searches to closings,
which gives his clients a high level of comfort in this important endeavor.
With a combined 60 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate world, Chris, John and Dave have assisted many happy clients in the realization of a dream.
